Students Excelled in U-17 (Boys ) Chess Tournament Students of M.C.M. DAV Senior Secondary Public School, Baghni ( Nurpur ) brought laurels to school with their commendable performance in Chess Tournament at cluster level. This tournament was organised by DAV National Sports (2023-2024) to provide a platform to students to improve their logical thinking, analytical reasoning and problem solving skill. It was hosted by BD DAV Public School, Dharamshala on 1st December 2023.A team of five students Girish Katal, Krishang Sharma, Yuvraj,Suryansh and Nishkarsh represented the school in this tournament and bagged third position with their excellent skill. The school principal, Mr. M R Rana congratulated the winners who made the school to feel proud with this great achievement.
64th under -19 Senior Secondary School State Level Athletic Meet held at Boys Senior Secondary School, Dharamshala which was organised by Himachal School Sports Association cum Director of Higher Education w.e.f. 8th November to 10th November 2023. Nitin Dhiman(Center), a student of class XII won gold medal 🥇 in High Jump. Mridul Jasrotia(Right) grabbed third position with bronze medal in Shot Put. Akhilesh Guleria(Left) secured third position in Discuss Throw and won bronze medal. Moreover, Nitin Dhiman has been selected for the National Level Competition in his respective category and will represent Himachal Pradesh.

Senior Secondary School, Sujanpur Distt.Hamirpur which was organised by Himachal Elementary School Sports Association w.e.f. 25th October to 29th October 2023. Reet, a student of class V, won gold medal in High Jump at State Level whereas Aksh Sharma grabbed second position with silver medal in Shot Put.
Under 12 Girls District Level Tournament was held at GPS -Rehan , Education Block, Fatehpur, District , Kangra w.e.f 17/10/2023 to 20/10/2023.It was Organised under the aegis of District Primary School Sports Association.
